Purchase Conditions
Product Prices and Availability: All prices are valid while supplies last or in case of typographical errors. Unreloj, S.L. has most watches in stock. If a watch is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery time or offer you another watch with similar features.

Payment Methods: Unreloj.es allows you to make your payments in the following ways:
Credit Card: Through a secure payment gateway with our bank. You will need your card details and, in some cases, your PIN. Unreloj.es does not have access to your card details.
Bizum: Through a secure payment gateway with our bank. You will need your card details and, in some cases, your PIN. Unreloj.es does not have access to your card details.
PayPal: You can pay via PayPal (www.paypal.es) using your credit card or your PayPal balance. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, the system will redirect you to the PayPal website after you complete your order so you can make the payment.
At Unreloj.es, we work very hard to offer the best prices to our customers. In our opinion, PayPal charges an extremely high percentage (around 5.25% + €0.35) that we cannot absorb without raising our prices. At Unreloj.es, we are transparent and believe it is better to offer the most competitive price on each product and let the customer choose the payment method that best suits them. Therefore, for this payment method, we will charge the customer 4.95%, while we will absorb 0.30% plus the fixed cost of €0.35. Payment by card or bank transfer does not incur any surcharge.
Data Protection Law: In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, users of the Unreloj.es website may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a written request to our postal address or via email to tienda@masjoy.com.
Returns Policy: All watches and jewelry sold may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.
The customer must first indicate their intention to return the item by email. Unreloj.es will reply by email with specific instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund to the customer's account as a result of this return will be processed within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned goods.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the supplied products have been engraved or have clearly been used.
Watches and jewelry must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer), with all accessories, instructions, and documentation. They must be sent to the address we specify, along with detailed return instructions sent via email.
If the supplier does not accept the return because they believe the product has been used, the products will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be borne by the sender, who must ship it securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
The return of products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s). The refund does not include any delivery costs.
Everyone who returns a product will receive an email informing them of the refund amount.
If the product arrives defective or incorrect, the claim must be made within 30 days of receipt via email or telephone.
If a refund is desired, the customer must return the product within 30 days of receiving the order, and the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (according to Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996).
